1. Subscription-Based Services

Our services are primarily offered on a subscription basis, providing access to market research reports, financial analysis, and related content.

a. Free Trials (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, users can explore the platform without obligation. Once the trial period ends, billing will begin automatically unless cancelled prior to the trial expiry.

b. Paid Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once access has been granted to premium content.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@marktpulse.co. However:

  • Cancellations do not result in refunds for the remaining subscription period.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Auto-renewal will be stopped to prevent future charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Non-delivery of content due to platform failure or system issues (subject to verification)

  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 7 days of billing (subject to investigation)

To request a refund, please contact us with your payment proof and reason for the request.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@marktpulse.co with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address

  • Date of transaction and payment reference

  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Prorated periods of unused subscription time

  • Downloaded reports or content

  • Subscription renewals where no cancellation was requested prior to billing

  • Services rendered or accessed prior to cancellation
